Information Collection

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.

With an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as necessary for network connectivity, but this data is not retained by the Service Provider or used for tracking.

Location Data

Whiteboard Wisdom does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Third-Party Sharing

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not have such Application data to sell or share with third parties.

We do not retain your app data.

There is therefore no server-side personal Application dataset maintained by the Service Provider for normal app usage. Information voluntarily sent directly to the company, such as a support email, may be held only as necessary to respond and meet applicable obligations.

No server-side user dataset to delete.

Because Whiteboard Wisdom does not collect or store personal application data on the Service Provider's servers during normal use, there is no server-side account or personal Application dataset that requires deletion.

Uninstalling the Application removes it from your device. If you voluntarily provided personal information directly to URBAN SHADOW NOR LIMITED, you may request deletion by contacting support@urbanshadow.space.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, exposure of such Application data is minimized. No security system can be guaranteed completely secure. Reasonable safeguards are applied to systems and information held by the Service Provider.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated policy and effective date.
